WOBURN, MA, July 23rd, 2019 - PRM is pleased to announce that construction of Neo Square Apartments, a new 292-unit Class "A" multifamily community located in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida has begun. Situated directly off US Route 192, 20 minutes from downtown Orlando, 18 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes from Lake Nona, Neo Square is currently the only multifamily development permitted within the NeoCity 500-acre master-planned technology park and community.

Principal/Director Eric J. Wardrop remarked that "PRM is extremely excited to have the opportunity to establish a presence within the NeoCity campus. Orlando, as we know, is one of the fastest growing metros in the nation and has experienced job growth twice that of the national average for the last five years. Osceola County is the fastest growing county in the Orlando MSA and 10th fastest growing county in the Unites States."

Neo Square will represent the best in-class apartment community in its submarket.Apartment homes will include nicely appointed kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry.Interiors also include 9 and 12-foot ceilings, private screened patios and balconies, and washers & dryers. The clubhouse will include a high-end amenity package with a fitness center, entertainment and business centers all overlooking an outdoor kitchen and oversized zero-entry resort style pool. Other outdoor amenities will include walking trails, multiple pet-parks, playgrounds, and multi-purpose sport courts.

Mr. Wardrop went on to add that "Orlando remains the no. 1 travel destination in the country and welcomed 75 million visitors in 2018. Job growth over the last several years has extended well beyond hospitality and includes education and health services, construction, new business creation and technology. As the country's newest and largest technology industrial park, Osceola county officials estimate that the NeoCity campus will be anchored by 75 to 100 leading sensor and manufacturing companies with the potential of creating up to 100,000 well-paying jobs over the next decade."

PRM anticipates that the $61M project will take approximately 21 months to complete.
