WOBURN, MA, October 21st, 2019 - PRM is pleased to announce that construction of Integra Crossings Apartments, a new 20-acre 348-unit Class "A" multifamily community located in Lake Mary, Seminole County, Florida has begun. Integra Crossing Apartments will be located directly off Orlando's busiest interstate, I-4, 20 miles north of downtown Orlando and approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Principal/Director Eric J. Wardrop commented that "this is Panther's sixth ground-up development in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford MSA. We are attracted to the market because of the strong population growth, diverse employment drivers and outstanding medical and education systems within this market. Aside from being a tourist mecca, Orlando has been one of the fastest-growing metros in the country, attracting employers who represent rapidly expanding industries involving education, health services, hospitality & leisure, and technology."

Mr. Wardrop went on to add that "often overlooked is the outstanding reputation of the Seminole County Public Schools district. Over 98% of teachers in the system are rated as "highly-qualified" with 46% having advanced degrees. High schools in the district have consistently maintained a 90% graduation rate and have been rated an "A" school district by the Florida Department of Education for 16 consecutive years. The county's leadership in primary and secondary education, along with being near more than 35 colleges, universities, technical schools, and private institutions makes Seminole county a magnet for further growth opportunities.

PRM believes that Integra Crossings will represent the premier Class "A" apartment community in this submarket. Consistent with the "best-in-market" amenities that PRM incorporates into all PRM developments, Integra Crossings' units will include a growing list of top-of-the-line energy efficient appliances, custom cabinetry, 9-foot ceilings, full-size washer and dryers, tiled showers and baths, state of the art LED lighting and garage parking.
