WOBURN, MA, September 30, 2021 - PRM is pleased to announce the start of construction of Integra Heights at Olympus, a new 289-unit Class “A” multifamily community within the Orlando MSA. Integra Heights at Olympus is located within the Olympus master-planned community, north of Interstate-4 on U.S. Highway 27. Consistent with the “best-in-market” amenities that PRM incorporates into all developments, PRM believes Integra Heights will represent a premier apartment community.
Olympus is an innovative 243-acre master-planned community combining athletic training, wellness facilities, commercial and residential developments, as well as popular retail and entertainment destinations. The development will be the centerpiece of Lake County’s “Wellness Way,” a growth and innovation corridor. This corridor is expected to create over 5,000 new jobs and generate more than $1.4 billion in local economic impact over a 10-year period.
One of the highlights of the master development will be the National Training Center—being developed in conjunction with South Lake Hospital with plans to offer state-of-the-art sports and fitness facilities for hundreds of high school, collegiate, and aspiring Olympic and professional athletes from around the world. Boston-based EDGE Sports Group is building a 60-acre Sports Campus at Olympus and Tampa Bay Lightning founder Phil Esposito is building a $20 million Ice Center at Olympus. Alongside these developments, the master-planned community will feature a soccer complex, a red-clay tennis complex, and a one-mile criterium course. Residents of Integra Heights will have access to these amenities by way of a trail system that will exist throughout the Olympus community.
The Orlando MSA has consistently posted some of the strongest population and job growth in the country over the past decade. The steady influx of new jobs and residents has allowed the Orlando market to experience the second-highest net absorption among all markets, with absorption outpacing construction deliveries by a two to one.
PRM anticipates that Integra Heights at Olympus will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. Less than half a mile north of Integra Heights, PRM has secured a second project in the Wellness Way corridor. The project is a planned 330-unit Class “A” apartment community and is slated to begin construction in the fourth quarter of 2023.
