WOBURN, MA, December 6, 2022 - PRM is pleased to announce the commencement of construction of Integra Village at Tymber Creek Apartments, a new, ground-up 311-unit Class “A” apartment community situated on 32.67 acres in Daytona Beach, Florida. Tymber Creek is a new mixed-use development that is part of a proposed 2,600-acre master-planned community. The development is located at the intersection of LPGA Boulevard and Tymber Creek Road, minutes from I-4 and I-95 and 6.7 miles from the Daytona Beach International Airport. Consistent with the best-in-market amenities that PRM incorporates into all developments, Tymber Creek will represent a premier Class "A" apartment community.

The Tymber Creek development will include a shopping center, restaurants, and medical facilities, and it will be adjacent to the highly successful Jimmy-Buffet themed Latitude Margaritaville master-planned community. Latitude Margaritaville, in Daytona, is ranked as the 25th best-selling master-planned community in the country and includes 730,000 square feet of retail, 270,000 square feet of commercial office space, and 5,000 homes. Residents of Integra Village at Tymber Creek are also within a 10-minute drive to the 750,000-square-foot Tanger Outlets, LPGA Blvd’s shopping venues, the Daytona 500 Speedway, and 23 miles of coastline with some of the world’s most famous beaches.

Over the last 10 years the Greater Daytona Region has evolved from one of the most popular motorsports and vacation destinations in the country to a diversified economy home to an increasing number of construction, education, and healthcare businesses. Since 2012, population throughout the Volusia county’s MSA has increased from 375,000 to over 550,000 residents, yet the region still boasts an unemployment rate of 2.50%.

PRM anticipates that Tymber Creek will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
